Temple Run Review 4.0/5

Temple Run 2 is a great improvement over the first temple run. The core of the game is still there. You control a character that moves endlessly. You can tilt your phone left or right to make him run left or right, or swipe any direction to make your character go in that direction. While you're running, you're collecting coins, powerups, all for the goal of unlocking stronger powers and more characters.

New features include a rope section, you jump on the rope and tilt the phone left and right to grab the coins.

In terms of graphics, this game is a huge improvement over the original temple run. The landscape is much more defined, and the colors are vibrant. On some of the newer smartphones, you may find yourself staring at the scenery and running over cliffs.

The goal of the game is to collect as many coins as possible without dying in one run since coin values doubles and eventually triples. After a certain point, the difficulty of the game doesn't increase anymore, i.e. get faster or more obstacles. However, it does take alot of concentration not to mess anything up.

Overall this game is great for anyone, it doesn't take up much time (unless you're going for 5 million score or 10 million score).

Tip: When you have enough coins, first purchase as much of the double/triple coin value powerup as possible
